The Mindset Mastery Program is a no-pitch zone, meaning it’s a promotion-free space and is not used for marketing individual businesses.

Use the comments in the program for:

  • Going through the Mindset Mastery material

  • Sharing your “aha’s” and answers to the worksheets and videos

  • Posting pictures of your progress or wins

  • Sharing mindset related answers

  • Asking mindset related questions

This is what we mean by “promo” or “pitch” -

A promotion or pitch means a link to your blog, an article, off-topic blog article, a social media mention, a pitch for a free discovery session, an opt-in (free or not), a webinar, asking for beta testers, sharing a link and then asking for people to private message you, sharing discounts or early bird specials, posting an affiliate service, survey, competition, mini-guide or promoting a sale or new product/service.

Also, private messaging other Mindset Masters about your services, offerings or to join your group is not ok, unless they have specifically asked you to do so. There’s no posting client testimonials or long posts with the intention of coaching and self-promotion allowed. Lastly, please don’t post charity links because although we’d love to support you, this isn’t the space for it.

Please don’t get creative and try to circumvent the rules or get around these policies. There are plenty of places in the internet to market your business and share your services/products - this isn’t the group for it and it’s important that the space be respected and on topic with the Mindset Mastery material.

There are new members joining the group at any given time, so it’s important that we keep the space safe and respected for those going through the material - especially for the first time.

It’s perfectly fine to have this group be your mindset group and not get everything you need out of it. There are lots of other spaces and groups where promotion and marketing is encouraged and it’s ok to do that there.

Promoting and selling isn’t bad or wrong or dirty, Mindset Mastery just isn’t the group for it.

Usually we will delete it and send you a quick note if it’s your first time. If you do this repeatedly, it can be grounds for asking you to leave the group (although this is very rare). It doesn’t mean that you’re in trouble with us, mistakes happen to everyone. Please don’t try and make yourself the exception or make us the bad guy for needing to delete your post to keep the integrity of the group.

Let us know if you see a promo, some will get through and we’re not policing the group 24/7 - rather we’re focused on helping people find and clear their mindset blocks around success, money and business. If you see one, you can click “Report to Admin” and we’ll decide to delete it or not. If you ever have any problems in the group, let us know at thecreativerachael@gmail.com.

Please don’t private message Rachael or any other admins, it gets lost that way. Thank you for being a part of the group and adhering to these terms and conditions!

You must not post anything:

– if the copyright is the property of somebody else

– that might cause a breach of any law or other obligation

– that might be defamatory, offensive, pornographic, in breach of confidence or a similar obligation, threatening, abusive, liable to incite hatred or a breach of privacy

– that might be considered as spam

– that infringes any rights belonging to another person

While we hope that this group will last a lifetime, we may alter or cease the operation of the group at any time in our sole discretion.

If Facebook changes terms, we will try to find an alternate space for members, but cannot be held responsible for Facebook’s change of terms.

We may terminate your membership of the group without notice if the terms are breached. The Mindset Mastery Program has a 7-day money back guarantee. You are not entitled to an extended refund period just because your membership in the Facebook group is terminated.

Please note that The Mindset Mastery Program has a 7-day refund policy. If you decide that you don’t like the course, my voice annoys you or it simply isn’t a good fit for you, email thecreativerachael@gmail.com with a refund request and it will be issued straight away.

Please note that you may be asked for feedback as to why you want a refund, but it will not influence or hinder your refund being issued. You also are not required to respond to receive your refund, it’s simply curiousity and a desire to create the best product for what people need.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel a coaching session, you can use the confirmation email to do so. If you do not receive an email about your session being booked, check your spam folder. If it still does not arrive within 15 minutes of booking your session, please email me at thecreativerachael@gmail.com so I can troubleshoot what is happening and resend the information.

Please note that I have an 8-hour cancellation policy for all coaching sessions. This means that no refunds are given to any cancellation or no show within 8 hours before the starting of the session time. Please know that if I need to cancel for emergency reasons, you will receive a full refund and we will reschedule as soon as I am able.

There will be a link to select on your confirmation email that will allow you to change your session up to 8 hours before your scheduled time. This is done to give you control over placing your session time in the best possible slot for that week. I understand that our days evolve, mine do as well! Rescheduling is simple, easy and in your power to change.

This can be done with a written request sent to my email thecreativerachael@gmail.com, however your access to your sessions will expire 3-months after the initial purchase date.

Since this is a personal, 1:1 coaching service designed to teach you to overcome your fears - including sabotage - I don’t offer refunds. Part of seeing the work through is investing the entire time in yourself and being open to making small changes as needed on your mindset, business strategy and personal growth.
